So some dumbarse bogan got a tatt in Bali. And now is living with HIV.
In the video piece, the Drs don’t know when or where this person became positive. Now, that doesn’t seem very convincing to me. I think it carries less stigma and shamejob with dodgy blood transfusions or tattoos/piercings resulting in a HIV notification rather than unprotected sex or using unsterile injecting...
