This new job still blows. I work 3 days a week and this week management decided to do some ‘team bonding’ for a whole day. How am I supposed to get any work done? Already perceived for not being a team player (because I work hard and don’t have time to stop and talk for hours like other people in the office), I think I was targeted to ‘open up’ and be part of the team more. Errr excuse me while I clear this vomit in my mouth….The team building exercise was taking a Myers Briggs test and talking about our different communication styles. Also, taking a gammon, non-evidence based, outdated bullshit ‘personality’ test is a waste of my fucking time.Why do 15 people need 8 hours to complete, analyse and talk about their feelings - when everyone can take a 15 min test on the interwebs? WTF   I think I got one of the most cunt-ish personality type. Maybe they will just leave me the fuck alone now, so I can do the job I’m paid for.
